Every export business starts somewhere, and ours started with frustration - watching good Pakistani products get a bad reputation abroad simply because the trading partner behind them cut corners.
Sufy Global Private Limited is a Lahore-based food and beverage export trading company, registered as a Private Limited (Pvt) under Pakistani law. We were founded on a simple observation: Pakistan produces some of the finest agricultural and food products in the world, yet too many international buyers still struggle to find a trading partner they can rely on for consistent quality, honest communication, and on-time delivery.
We set out to be that partner. From our headquarters in Lahore, we source, inspect, document, and export a wide range of food and beverage products - from world-renowned Basmati rice and Halal-certified meats, to spices, dairy, beverages, and packaged foods.
Our first export market is the United Arab Emirates, where demand for authentic, high-quality Pakistani products continues to grow across supermarkets, wholesalers, and the hospitality sector. From there, our roadmap extends across the Gulf region and, in time, to Europe and beyond - always built one confirmed order and one satisfied buyer at a time.
What makes Sufy Global Private Limited different isn't a slogan. It's the way we operate. Every supplier we work with is personally vetted. Every shipment is inspected before it leaves Pakistan. Every certificate - Halal, Phytosanitary, Certificate of Origin - is prepared correctly the first time, because we know that a rejected shipment at customs costs everyone money, time, and trust. We would rather spend an extra day getting the paperwork right than have our buyer face a hold-up at port.
We are a young company, and we're proud to say so. Being young means we haven't yet developed the bad habits that creep into larger, older trading houses - the slow email replies, the passed-around accounts, the "let me check and get back to you" that never comes. When you work with Sufy Global Private Limited, you deal directly with people who are personally accountable for your order from the first enquiry to the final delivery confirmation.
"Sufy" reflects a family commitment - this isn't an anonymous corporation; it's a business built by people who intend to be trading long after the first container ships. That's the kind of partner we want to be for you: someone still answering your calls in five years, not just during the sales pitch.
Recognised not for being the largest trading house, but for being the one buyers recommend to their competitors because they know we won't let them down. We want a UAE supermarket buyer or a Gulf distributor to hear "Sufy Global Private Limited" and immediately think: reliable, honest, on time.
We take full ownership of the export process, communicate honestly even when there's a delay or a problem, invest in quality control at the source, and treat every order - regardless of size - with the same level of care and attention.
If a shipment will be late, we tell you as soon as we know - not after you've asked why it hasn't arrived. Trust, once broken, is expensive to rebuild, so we simply don't take the risk.
Every product category we trade in goes through a documented quality check before it's approved for export. If a batch doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship - regardless of deadline pressure.
We maintain current registrations with Pakistan's FBR, TDAP and relevant Halal certification bodies, so our buyers never face a customs delay because of a missing document on our side.
We're interested in the fifth order, the twentieth order, the client who's been with us for five years - not a single sale.
Every new market or product line we add goes through the same rigorous vetting as our existing operations. Slow and right beats fast and sorry.
Behind every sack of rice or box of frozen meat is a farmer, a mill worker, a processing plant employee. We choose suppliers who treat their people fairly.
If our values sound like the kind of company you'd want to build a long-term trading relationship with, we'd welcome the conversation.
